Q: What are the available mode of payment for online transaction?

For online purchases: We offer the following modes of payment via Paypal (accepts/linked to all major credit cards from VisaMastercardAmerican Express and Discover), Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), ShopPay.

Q: What happens when an item is out of stock?

No worries! We will contact you via email/whatsapp to notify you and recommend either an exchange, refund or a backorder.

Q: Do I have to pay for the local postage charges?

We offer complimentary delivery on local purchases above SGD$60 for local orders within Singapore.

Q: What are the delivery options and when can I receive my order?

We currently offer courier delivery services with Qxpress / Singpost so that you can be assured that your parcel will be able to reach you efficiently.

Upon order confirmation, we'll need up to 2-5 business days to process and pack your parcel. Orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday. 

For international parcels, transit timing differs based on country and shipping method. For local orders, you should receive your parcels within 3-7 business days from date of purchase depending on delivery/postage method.

Q: Can I track my order?

Yes, you can! To make sure that your parcel reaches you, we recommend using traceable modes of delivery. Please check your emails as we will be sending you the tracking number and URL. However, should you select untraceable shipping/delivery methods, there will not be a tracking number emailed to you.

Q: I haven't received my parcel. Who can I contact?

For parcels delivered by Qxpress, you can contact their hotline no.: +65 6661 9100

Q: Are there any restricted areas/zone in Singapore that you do not deliver?

We generally do not deliver to army camps, hotels, and most of the islands in Singapore (only because we aren't allowed to!). 

We do not offer shipping to P.O boxes at this time. 

Q: Will there be additional charges for re-delivery of courier parcels?

Please contact the relevant courier companies for more information on rearranging redelivery or additional charges for too many missed re-deliveries.
