Singapore:

For accountability purposes, we only offer registered mail / courier delivery for local orders. Delivery fees are calculated and reflected at the checkout page. All delivery charges are priced based on SGD (Singapore Dollars)

FREE courier delivery for orders >$60.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, your parcel will be returned to Qarah Moment. However, please note that an additional delivery fee will apply for redelivery.  

International:

For accountability purposes, we only offer registered mail for international delivery. Delivery fees are calculated based on weight and reflected at the checkout page. All delivery charges are priced based on SGD (Singapore Dollars)

*Qarah Moment will not be responsible for any lost parcels during the delivery process and we strongly recommend registered mail option. 

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver to most countries! You will find the list of countries upon check out. 

When will I expect to receive my parcel?

All parcels are normally despatched from Qarah Moment within 2-5 working days. 

Local delivery takes about 5 to 7 working days.

International delivery takes about 10 to 20 working days, depending on country and location. 

Do you offer express delivery?

For local express deliveries, we offer next day delivery service if you place your order before 12pm. Kindly select the option during check out. 

For international express deliveries, please notify QM via our “Contact Us” page to enquire before placing your order. This delivery option is based on availability and the final delivery fee depends on the total weight of your item(s).

What happens if I missed my delivery?

Your parcel will be returned to Qarah Moment. However, please note that an additional delivery fee will apply for redelivery.

If your parcel has been returned to us due to re-arrangement with the delivery companies or repeated missed deliveries, please contact us so that we can arrange for your parcel to be sent out again. Delivery charges will have to be paid before we make the arrangements.

Incomplete/Incorrect address input

For the best experience, please check your address thoroughly before placing an order. Please Whatsapp/SMS +65 9186 9389 as soon as possible, after you placed an order and noted that the recipient address requires an amendment. 

If the parcel has already been despatched, an additional delivery fee will apply for redelivery.  

Backorder items delivery

Good news! You may place an order for an item that is temporarily out of stock.

However, we seek your understanding that these items are in the midst of restocking due to high volumes demand and will take about 4 to 6 weeks before you receive it. That being said, good stuff deserves the wait!
